What we collect and why
When you send a form (apartment request, coworking waitlist, question), we receive the details you type in: your name, how to reach you, your dates and your message. We use them only to answer you and, for the waitlist, to tell you when the coworking opens. The form is delivered to us by email through the service Web3Forms.
When you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Zalo, the chat is handled by that app under its own privacy policy.
Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. It also counts clicks on our WhatsApp, Telegram and Zalo buttons and sent forms, without storing what you wrote.
Website hosting. Our host (Vercel) keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the website.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- The Google map only loads if you click “Show the map”. Until then, no data is sent to Google.
- Our fonts are stored on our own website, not loaded from Google.
The website remembers in your browser if you closed the language suggestion. This stays on your device.
How long we keep your details
We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you and to handle your stay, and then delete them. Waitlist details are deleted when the coworking has opened or when you ask us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what details we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. Just message us or call us. We follow Vietnam’s rules on personal data protection (Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP).
