What is the minimum stay?
Monthly prices start from a stay of 6 weeks: our apartments are made for longer stays, a season, half a year or more. For a shorter stay you can also book by the night: 550,000–850,000 ₫ (≈ $21–$33) per night, check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
How much does an apartment cost?
A studio is 10M VND (≈ $380) per month and a corner studio, with windows on two sides, 13M VND (≈ $500). The one bedroom + guest room is 15M VND (≈ $580) per month, or 14.5M VND (≈ $560) per month from three months. US-dollar amounts are approximate.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, the deposit is 1 month of rent. Message us for the exact conditions.
What is included in the rent?
Cleaning every two weeks, Washing machine and dryer, Hot water, Balcony, Wi-Fi, TV, Equipped kitchen, Desk for working. For anything else, such as electricity and water, please ask us.
Can I work from the apartment?
Yes. Every apartment has a desk and Wi-Fi. An Cafe downstairs has fast Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets, and the coworking space right next door is free for residents.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, the building has an elevator, so you do not have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Can I smoke?
Yes, smoking is allowed on the balconies. Every apartment has its own balcony.
Is the building safe?
Yes. At night the front gate is locked and opens with a code, and a guard is on duty. You open your apartment with a key card, your fingerprint or a code.
Is there a gym or a pool?
No, An Space has no gym, pool or shared kitchen. Every apartment has its own equipped kitchen, and there is a gym within walking distance.
Can I park or rent a scooter?
Yes. There is space to park scooters at the house, and the owner can organise a scooter rental for you. Raincoats are provided for rainy days.
How do I book?
Send us your arrival date and how long you would like to stay, using the form, WhatsApp or Zalo. We confirm which apartments are free and send you the details.

Where is An Space?
At 20/5 Hà Thị Thân, An Hải, Đà Nẵng, in An Hải on the east bank of the Han River. The riverfront is a 2-minute walk, the Dragon Bridge and its night market a 5-minute walk, and restaurants, a gym and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
How far is the beach?
Mỹ Khê Beach is on the same side of the river as An Space, a walk or a short Grab ride away.
Café and coworking
When is An Cafe open?
Every day from 07:00 to 16:00.
How much is a coffee at An Cafe?
A black coffee is 25,000 ₫. Most drinks cost between 25,000 ₫ and 35,000 ₫. The full menu is on the café page.
Does An Cafe serve food?
No, An Cafe serves drinks only: Vietnamese coffee and more. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Can I work in the café?
Yes. The café has fast Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets, and guests describe it as a calm place.
Is the coworking open?
Yes. Book a desk, a meeting room or a monthly plan on the coworking page. The front desk calls you back to confirm, and you pay when you come in.
Is the coworking free for residents?
Yes. Everyone who lives at An Space can use the residents' section of the coworking for free. Guests from outside use a separate paid section, with monthly desks, day passes and hourly passes.
